Wheat flour for bakery of high and first grade is made from soft wheat, according ISO 3768: 2010.
It is used for baking different kinds of bread, bakery products, confectionery, pizza, pancakes, biscuits, dumplings. Flour is sold in bulk – by special flour tracks and bagged, packaged in 50, 25, 10 and 5 kg. Flour is also packed in packages weighing 1, 2, 3 kg.
Flour of high grade – whiteness – 58-60 units, gluten – 26-28%, MDG – 65-90 units, humidity to 15%.
Flour of first grade – whiteness – 40-50 units, gluten – 27-29%, MDG – 65-90 units, humidity to 15%.
